Starting in September, we will have a special sermon series called “Reasons to Believe” during our 11:00 a.m. worship service. We will address questions of faith such as “Is There a God?”, “What About Other Religions?” and “What About Evil and Suffering?”

We will also have special small groups organized to give people a chance to respond and discuss the topics addressed in the worship service.

September is our Stewardship Emphasis month, and this year, our theme is “Reasons to be Grateful.” Throughout the month, members of our church will give reasons why they are grateful for God’s blessings in their lives and in our church.

This stewardship emphasis will reach its climax on “Consecration Sunday,” September 28, when we will turn in our estimate of giving cards to help support the ministry and mission of Farmville Baptist.
