Mid-Week Bible Study Groups
Tuesday Morning Group
The Tuesday morning group meets on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 a.m., a group of median and senior adult women meets in the parlor. In the past, this group used curriculum by Beth Moore, Philip Yancey, and Henry Blackaby as the basis for their study.
“Espresso with Esther”
“Espresso with Esther” the name of a study that a group of women is using for their small group which meets on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Please contact Amanda Johnston if you are interested in joining this group.
Wednesday Night Adult Discipleship Study
During the school year, as part of our Wednesday night activities, we offer an Adult Discipleship study in the Fellowship Hall from 6:30 p.m. to around 7:10 p.m. In the past, we’ve studied “The Bible in English,” “Jesus Saves! But How?” “Our Baptist Heritage,” and a video series called “Nooma.”
Starting this September, Michael will be leading a discussion based on his sermon series “Reasons to Believe.” It starts on Wednesday, September 10, at 6:30 p.m.
“Reasons To Believe” Small Group Bible Studies
Amanda Johnston will be organizing small group Bible studies to complement the “Reasons to Believe” sermon series. These groups will provide an opportunity to dig a little deeper and to discuss personal opinions and beliefs on the sermon topics Michael will be presenting. If you are interested in participating in a small group please contact Amanda. Child care will be arranged when necessary.
The groups below will meet weekly to further discuss the sermon topics:
Sunday 6 p.m.- Leader Rodney Dunning at FBC
Tuesday 10 a.m.- Leader Peggy Cave at FBC
Tuesday 7 p.m.- Leader Amanda Johnston at FBC
